Terms and conditions
- Promotion period is from 1st January 2020 to 31st December 2020 (both dates inclusive).
- Under the Promotion, a Citibank Debit/Credit Cardmembers who are Jadeite members can enjoy 12% cashback when payment at Crystal Jade participating outlets is charged to a Citibank Debit/Credit card.
- Terms and conditions of the Jadeite membership apply.
- The 12% cashback is equivalent to 24 JPoints for every SGD1 spent (dine-in & takeaway regular price items & before prevailing taxes). The cashback will go into the customer’s Jadeite membership account directly.
- Promotion is not valid with other promotions, discounts, and vouchers.
- Not valid at Crystal Jade La Mian Xiao Long Bao Changi Airport Terminal 1, Dim Sum Inc by Crystal Jade, Crystal Jade GO and Crystal Jade My Bread.
- Citibank’s and Crystal Jade’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
- Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with Crystal Jade.
- Citibank and Crystal Jade reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
