Terms of Use
- Reservation has to be made on Chope’s app or website before you dine at your selected restaurant.
- Dinner Buffet Voucher is valid for 30 days from the time of purchase.
- No extension will be entertained for all vouchers.
- Vouchers are limited to a maximum of 2 voucher redemptions per bill/table. Splitting of bill/table is strictly not allowed.
- Dining time will be limited to 100 mins.
- Voucher is only applicable for regular buffet. Wagyu buffet, a la carte drinks and top-ups are not included.
- Voucher is not applicable for other set meals, promotions, discounts, offers or vouchers.
- Valid for dine-in only from Monday to Thursday, 4pm – 10pm(last order 9pm).
- Not valid for takeaway, private events or bookings of more than 8 pax.
- Voucher is not applicable for use during Public Holidays, Eve of Public Holidays and Special Occasions (Valentine’s Day, Fathers’ Day etc).
- Voucher is to be presented to restaurant host before ordering. The restaurant has the right to refuse the use of vouchers if presented after the meal.
- Voucher is only usable on the applicable days and times as indicated on the voucher.
- All vouchers will be used based on its full value. Any residual value of the vouchers are non-refundable.
- Buffet is available on a rotational basis.
- For usage on selective promotional days, a top-up amount may be required at the restaurant.
- The management reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions as necessary.
