Terms & Conditions
- 20% discount for Adult and Child admission tickets to Jurong Bird Park, River Safari, and Singapore Zoo is valid from 1 Apr 2021 to 31 Mar 2022. Blackout dates apply.
- 30% discount for Adult and Child admission tickets to Night Safari is valid till 13 Feb 2022. Blackout dates apply.
- Discount is not applicable during Public Holidays, eves of Public Holidays and blackout dates from 17 to 31 Dec 2021.
- Child admission ticket is valid for children aged 3 – 12 years old.
- Jurong Bird Park and Singapore Zoo admission tickets exclude tram rides which are payable separately based on prevailing tram ride rates.
- Night Safari admission tickets include English commentary rides only. During non-peak seasons, Night Safari only operates from Thursdays to Sundays. Please refer to wrs.com.sg for more information.
- River Safari admission tickets include Reservoir Cruise (temporarily suspended due to Covid-19 Safe Management Measures) and exclude Amazon River Quest tickets which are payable separately based on prevailing rates.
- Each SAFRA member is entitled to a maximum purchase of 5 single park admission tickets per transaction per day.
- The Management of Mandai Wildlife Reserve Group reserves the sole and absolute right not to accord the relevant discount to any SAFRA member if any of the above conditions are not complied with or the privileges are being abused by the cardholder.
