Terms and Conditions:
- The Promotion is valid from 1 to 31 August 2018 (the “Promotion Period”).
- Subject to these terms and conditions, you are eligible to take part in the Promotion if:
(a) You hold a principal or supplementary OCBC Credit Card. Private label cards, debit cards and corporate cards are not eligible for the Promotion; and
(b) You spend a minimum of S$999 in a single transaction using your OCBC Credit Card and charge to the OCBC 0% Interest Instalment Plan (all tenures) at Gain City Megastore @ Sungei Kadut and Main Showrooms at Ang Mo Kio, Marina Square and Tampines 1 during the Promotion Period. - A maximum of 500 pieces of S$20 Gain City vouchers (the “Voucher”) will be issued at Gain City Megastore @ Sungei Kadut and Main Showrooms at Ang Mo Kio, Marina Square and Tampines 1 for the Promotion. The Voucher will be issued at the point of purchase, on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last. The Voucher can only be used in the next purchase. Limited to one Voucher per OCBC Credit Cardmember who satisfies these terms and conditions. The Voucher is not exchangable for cash, credit or kind in all cases, whether in whole or in part. Any unused amount in the Voucher will not be refunded. Merchant’s terms and conditions apply. OCBC Bank reserves the right to change or substitute the Voucher with other gift item of similar value without prior notice.
- The Promotion cannot be enjoyed with other promotions, discounts, vouchers, or discount cards unless otherwise stated.
- If for any reason whatsoever, there is any cancellation or termination of the instalment payment plan and/or the OCBC Credit Card account prior to full and final settlement of the instalment purchase price, OCBC Bank reserves the right to claw back the Voucher and an administrative fee of S$150 is payable in addition to making full and final settlement of the instalment purchase price or the balance thereof. The administrative fee payable may be revised by OCBC Bank from time to time in its sole and absolute discretion.
- Your OCBC Credit Card account must be in good standing and not cancelled during the Promotion Period. OCBC Bank has the absolute discretion to determine whether a customer’s OCBC Credit Card is in good standing.
- OCBC Bank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness for any aspect of the offers/products/services. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, OCBC Bank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any defect or malfunction in any offer/product/service,and/or for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the use of any offer/product/service by any person.
- OCBC Bank reserves the right to terminate the Promotion or change any terms and conditions at any time without giving notice. This includes changing the rules relating to who is eligible for the promotion and the dates of the promotion.
- OCBC Bank’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be final and binding on all participants. If there is any difference between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions will prevail.
- The laws of Singapore apply to these terms and conditions, and any disputes between you and us will be dealt with in the courts of Singapore. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act Cap 53B to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
- These terms and conditions shall be read in conjunction with Interest-free Instalment Plans Terms and Conditions (the “Other Terms and Conditions”). In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the Other Terms and Conditions, these terms and condition prevail.
