If a peaceful escape surrounded by greenery sounds more appealing than another weekend in the city, November could be a good time to plan a stay at Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree. The resort is celebrating its first anniversary with a special “One Year in the Wild” promotion, giving Singaporeans and Singapore residents the chance to enjoy up to 45% off room-only rates for selected November stays.
The anniversary promotion is available for bookings made from 1 to 31 October 2026, with stays taking place between 1 and 30 November 2026. Selected dates start from $229 per room per night, although rates vary depending on the date and room availability.
There is one important detail to keep in mind: the anniversary offer is limited to the first 260 qualifying bookings. So, if a November staycation has already been on the wish list, this is one promotion worth checking sooner rather than later.
A Different Kind of Singapore Staycation
Mandai Rainforest Resort offers a very different experience from the usual city hotel stay. Instead of looking out over busy roads, shopping districts or skyscrapers, guests can wake up surrounded by tropical greenery with views towards the Upper Seletar Reservoir.
The resort forms part of the Mandai Wildlife Reserve, making it particularly interesting for anyone who enjoys nature, wildlife and a slower pace. It can work equally well for couples looking for a quiet break, families planning a weekend adventure or Singapore residents simply wanting to step away from their normal routine without travelling overseas.
The resort has 338 rooms and a design that blends naturally with its surroundings. Timber finishes, botanical touches and views of the surrounding landscape help create a more relaxed atmosphere.
That makes the promotion more than simply a discounted hotel room. Guests can turn the stay into a short nature getaway while still remaining in Singapore.
Stay From $229 On Selected November Dates
The headline attraction is the up to 45% discount on room-only rates for standard rooms.
Selected November dates show rates starting from $229 per room for one night, including dates such as 2 to 4 November, 9 November and 11 to 12 November. However, prices can change according to the date selected and remaining availability, with weekend stays generally costing more.
When making a booking, guests can use the promotional code BIRTHDAY to access the anniversary offer.
For anyone comparing staycation prices, it is worth checking several dates rather than immediately choosing a weekend. A little flexibility could make a noticeable difference to the total cost, particularly when the lower promotional rates are available on selected weekdays.
The saving also becomes more interesting when the additional anniversary benefits are considered.
Save 26% On Dining At Planter’s Shed
A staycation is rarely just about the room. Food can quickly become a sizeable part of the overall cost, especially when travelling with a family.
Under the anniversary promotion, guests can enjoy 26% off breakfast, buffet dinner and à la carte menus at Planter’s Shed during their stay.
Families also have an additional advantage, as children aged 12 and below can dine complimentary at the breakfast and dinner buffets during the stay.
This could make the promotion especially attractive to families who want to enjoy meals at the resort without having to leave the property every time they are hungry. After a day spent exploring Mandai, having a convenient dining option nearby can also make the evening much easier.
For guests looking for a more relaxed drink rather than a full meal, Botanica, the resort’s lobby bar, is offering selected Wines of the Month at $12++ per glass until 31 December 2026.
Make Time To Unwind At Banyan Tree Spa
The anniversary benefits continue beyond the dining options.
Guests staying at the resort can enjoy 26% off treatments at Banyan Tree Spa, giving them an opportunity to add a little more relaxation to the trip.
There is another perk for guests who return for a second spa visit. They can enjoy a complimentary 30-minute treatment of their choice, with available options including facials, body conditioners, scrubs and recovery massages.
For couples, friends or anyone who simply wants some quiet time, this can turn an ordinary hotel stay into a more complete wellness break.
Rather than filling every hour with activities, guests can spend part of the day exploring the surrounding attractions and then return to the resort for a treatment before settling in for the evening.
A Family-Friendly Extra At Rangers’ Club
Families have another reason to consider the anniversary promotion.
Qualifying family stays include one complimentary Rangers’ Club visit for up to two children per stay. The programme is built around nature-focused experiences and gives younger guests an opportunity to learn about and interact with the natural environment through hands-on activities.
For children who enjoy animals, outdoor experiences and discovering new things, this can add another memorable element to the stay.
The resort’s location also makes it convenient for families who want to combine their accommodation with visits to the attractions within Mandai Wildlife Reserve. Instead of travelling across Singapore after a long day, guests can return to the resort and continue enjoying the surroundings.
Complimentary Parking And Late Check-Out
The anniversary offer also includes a few practical benefits that can make the stay more comfortable.
Qualifying bookings come with complimentary parking once per stay, which is useful for guests driving to the resort. There is also late check-out subject to availability, giving guests the possibility of having a little extra time before leaving.
These may seem like small extras, but they can make a difference to a staycation. Having free parking removes one additional expense, while a later departure can make the final morning feel less rushed.
Why Should We Consider This November Deal?
There are plenty of hotel promotions around Singapore, but this one stands out because it combines several types of savings into one stay.
The biggest attraction is naturally the up to 45% room discount, with selected dates starting from $229 per night. But guests are not stopping there. The offer also includes 26% savings on selected dining and spa treatments, complimentary buffet dining for children aged 12 and below, a complimentary Rangers’ Club visit for up to two children, parking and possible late check-out.
It is particularly appealing for families because several of the benefits are designed with children in mind. Couples may also appreciate the combination of a rainforest setting and spa privileges, while local residents looking for a short break can enjoy a holiday atmosphere without needing to fly anywhere.
Another advantage is the timing. November can be a great opportunity to take a break before the busy year-end period gets fully underway. Rather than waiting until the last minute for a December staycation, planning a November escape could offer a quieter and potentially better-value alternative.
The main thing to remember is that only the first 260 qualifying bookings receive the anniversary privileges. The booking period runs until 31 October 2026, but the allocation could be reached earlier.
For those interested, it is worth checking the available November dates, comparing weekday and weekend rates, and calculating the total value of the included perks before booking.
