Time to get moving with our next challenge of the day!
DAY 15 CHALLENGE:
What You Need: A Towel
What You Can Do: Hamstring Curl
Target muscles: Core, Glutes, Hamstrings
Step 1: Start with both feet on top of towel about hip width apart, in the bridge position.
Step 2: Ensure you keep your hips off the ground, and slide your feet in by focusing on pulling in with your heels. Keep core engaged throughout movement and do not let the hips drop towards the ground as you slide out or in.
Complete 20 repetitions, 3 to 4 sets.
