TERMS & CONDITIONS
  1. This Promotion is exclusive to CapitaStar members (referred to as “Eligible Shopper”) of at least 16 years old on the date they sign up for the CapitaStar Rewards Programme. All shoppers can download the CapitaStar mobile application and sign up within the App as a CapitaStar member to qualify and participate in this Promotion.
  2. Eligible Shoppers must spend a minimum of S$900 within a single receipt (“Qualifying Spend”) at Raffles City APM Monaco, #01-06 to redeem 40,000 STAR$® (“Reward”) within the Promotion Period, while stocks last.
  3. Receipts for Spring in The City (“Promotion”) from 1 Jan – 15 Feb 2022 are not applicable for this redemption.
  4. Eligible Shoppers must snap the original same-day receipt(s) through their CapitaStar App on the same day of purchase during the Promotion Period and only approved receipt(s) will qualify for this Promotion. NETS or credit/debit card transaction slips are not acceptable. Receipts are not transferrable or reusable.
  5. Each Eligible Shopper is limited to one (1) redemption per Reward per day.
  6. 40,000 STAR$® (“Reward”) is limited to the first 50 redemptions, while stocks last.
  7. Redemption of Reward can be made at the Concierge during the Promotion Period from 11am – 9pm unless otherwise stated. Strictly no extension of promotion period.
General Terms and Conditions
  1. Redemption qualifying amount is based on nett purchase after deduction of discounts.
  2. Shoppers are required to present Charge slips/Credit Card upon credit card redemption as form of verification. Cardholder is to be present for redemption. Redemptions must be made under the credit cardholder’s CapitaStar Account.
  3. Receipt/s and charge slip/s (in full/partial payment) for the purchase of gift cards and vouchers (E.g. CapitaVouchers, store vouchers, all outlets’ gift cards and vouchers), purchase of SISTIC tickets, bill payments, parking coupons, AXS/SAM payments, receipts from money changer, CashCard/ stored value cards top-up transactions, hotel room/ banquet sales receipts, kiosks and atrium road shows receipts are NOT entitled for this Promotion. For purchases made by installments, only the first installment receipt with the total value of the purchase will be eligible for Promotion. Each original receipt/charge slip can only be used once for redemption.
  4. Qualifying personal American Express Cards issued by American Express International Inc., in Singapore are entitled to the Promotion, excluding American Express Corporate Cards and American Express cards issued by DBS Bank Limited, United Overseas Bank Limited, Citibank Singapore Limited.
  5. By agreeing to participate in this promotion, you will be registered as a CapitaStar member.
  6. The Management reserves the right to see all purchases made by shoppers before granting redemption/s.
  7. The Management reserves the right to replace items/prizes with items of similar value.
