With the recent pandemic Circuit Breaker period, we have been receiving stories and facts regarding unpaid leave status from current occupations and the issue is still unknown until today.<\/p>\n

Faizal Razi, a 38-year-old father was among these unfortunate ones. He has been working in the travel<\/a> trade industry for 20years since he was 18 years ago. With the Covid-19 outbreak, all the tourism and aviation-related line were the first to get hit badly. With the current whole career on pause, and no other source of income during this time. A father of two children, aged five months and eight years old has somehow given hopes to Faizal after he decided to join Deliveroo as a food delivery rider.<\/p>\n

Regarding Faizal, he somehow can guess that retrenchment will happen to his current job if the business didn’t manage to pick up after Phase 2.
