Kasturi Govindasamy Retnamsamy, 40 who is unemployed were reported on 3 charges which causing disturbance to a police officer and security guard for no showing cooperation on wearing a mask or following proper mall safety procedures.<\/p>\n
On June 12, she has pleaded guilty to the 3 charges which she committed on Sun Plaza. Her first incident was on April 29, she was spotted on entering the mall with a mask on her hand and refused to wear it. While on her second visit to the mall on May 7, she was recorded throwing her NRIC on the table and using vulgar language on the mall staff when she refused to scan her card for contact tracing purposes, which she then enter the mall without scanning her NRIC.<\/p>\n
On the last attempt, she was arrested by the policewoman after sat on the floor of the mall and using abusive foul language on the police officer.<\/p>\n
For this verbally abusive word on another person, she can be jailed up to six months and fined up to $5,000, or both.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
