A lawyer from Drew & Napier was reported to have been taking a photo from his same firm colleague a few times and ended up in custody due to his misbehaving act.<\/p>\n

The accuser, Tan hee Joek a lawyer has been working closely with the victim from Drew & Napier Law firm since April 2017. While the victim was still a trainee back then, as from the victim reports, the accuse has been reported planned on taking a photo of her underskirt and bra when she is working alone at her cubic.<\/p>\n

Then the whole incident becomes tenser and tenser as the accuse started to have closer body contact with the victim although the accuser knowing that the victim was in a long-term relationship with a boyfriend at the time of the offense.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the accuser’s defense were stated that he has been diagnosed with the attention-deficit hyperactive disorder (ADHD). Drew & Napier were reported that they have a zero-tolerance policy towards this behavior from any nature of work.<\/p>\n

For each charge of insulting the modesty of woman, the accused can be jailed up to a year, a fine, or both.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
