Currently, feeding pigeon are punishable under a $500 fine under Animals and Birds Act. But with the recent latest regulation updates, which falls under the categories of feeding wildlife will be fined up to $5,000 for the first offence. For repeat offences, you may be fined up to $10,000.<\/p>\n
