Even for the exercising measurement as well<\/p>\n<p>As reported by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.straitstimes.com\/sport\/coronavirus-work-out-at-home-advises-sportsg-but-if-you-exercise-outdoors-you-must-now-do-so\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Straits Times<\/a> &#8211; National sport agency Sport Singapore (SportSG) is encouraging people to exercise at home from now.<\/p>\n<p>In an advisory sent out late on Tuesday night, the SportSG emphasised the importance of staying active to stay healthy, but they are urging the public to do exercise at home instead of outdoor exercise. But there is no restriction of exercising outside but it&#8217;s\u00a0not encouraged. If they choose to do so, they must now exercise alone and only in their immediate neighbourhoods.<\/p>\n<p>Also a reminder that wearing mask is also mandatory for those who leave home to exercise, unless they are engaging in strenuous exercise.<\/p>\n<p>SportSG also stressed that individuals should return home immediately once they are done with their exercise.
