It applies to passengers who bought tickets issued for <a class=\"thirstylink\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Expedia\" href=\"https:\/\/sg.everydayonsales.com\/news\/go\/expedia\/\" data-nojs=\"1\" data-shortcode=\"true\">travel<\/a> between April 13 and March 31 next year.<\/p>\n<p>This shutdown of the terminal would bring down running costs for the airport operator, retail tenants, airlines and ground handlers.
