This great naming was given by a cooking website, where they want to take roti prata to a whole new level and making them looks very international! The roti prata is called\u00a0The Asian Flat Croissant.<\/p>\n

Yep and yep … You didn\u2019t read that wrong. Level up for our Singaporean daily food<\/p>\n

But why la? Why making it sound so canggih one? Basically the Nyonya Cooking, is reportedly<\/a> founded by a Malaysian which is now living in Germany. The main interest of this website is basically to shares Southeast Asian recipes so we can understand why roti prata\u00a0<\/em>was on its list.<\/p>\n

Why name it croissant? According to them, the \u2018croissant\u2019 label was meant to make the dish relatable to those who aren\u2019t familiar with it.<\/p>\n
