A former Shangri-La Singapore and Din Tai Fung Chef, Wang JingJun, 41 years old have opened his own fried rice stall, Chef Wang Fried Rice<\/strong> at Beo Crescent Hawker centre where he has previously spent three years at Shangri-La Singapore’s Shang Palace and a year at Din Tai Fung (DTF).<\/p>\n

The stall has\u00a0four choices of fried rice starting from just $4 for a basic\u00a0Egg Fried Rice<\/strong>. If that’s too plain for your liking, you can go for the\u00a0Pork Rib Fried Rice<\/strong>\u00a0($6.50),\u00a0Shrimp Fried Rice<\/strong>\u00a0($6.50) or\u00a0Abalone Fried Rice<\/strong> ($10). While spicy lover can add $0.50 for sambal chilli that also looks very much like Din Tai Fung’s chilli. Note that a $0.20 charge applies for takeaway orders!<\/p>\n
