The biggest penthouse unit at Park Nova, a new luxury freehold condo located at 18 Tomlinson Road, has been sold for a staggering S$34.4 million. Park Nova boasts three penthouses, all located on the topmost floors and there are also 2 to 3 bedroom units with study and 4 bedroom units too. On the 14th floor are a sky garden, hot spa, outdoor deck, lap pool, and jacuzzi.<\/p>\n

Sales for Park Nova began at 2 pm on May 7 for the duplex penthouses Edgeprop reported and bookings for typical unit started from 7 pm, by end of the evening, five units have been sold, which is two 5 room penthouses as well as three other 4 bedroom unit which is above $14 million.<\/p>\n

The smallest penthouse of 3,229 ft was sold for over $17 million. The biggest 5 bedroom penthouse at 5,899 sq ft had garnered interest from more than one party. Head of the luxury at PropNex, Dominic Lee explained that the sale will be decided via balloting if there is a contest for a unit. However, in the end, only one buyer prevailed as one of the interested buyers decided to go for another penthouse instead.\u00a0 Lee shared that all the buyers of the five-unit are ultra-high net worth individuals who are foreigners.<\/p>\n
