The scheduled announcement on the air-travel<\/a> bubble (ATB) between Singapore and Hong Kong has been called off again where the cancelation was first raised by Singapore. A spokesperson from the Ministry of Transport mentioned that authorities on both sides have been in close consultation and agreement to put the travel<\/a> bubble on hold for the moment. Which the delays mark the second time in five months due to the earlier case was rising in Covid-19 cases nationwide again.<\/p>\n

Singapore had also announced tougher border measures for travelers arriving from India, citing the worsening Covid-19 situation in the country, as well as the emergence of new virus variants. The delay also comes after the Ministry of Health\u00a0reported on Tuesday, Apr. 20, as a new local Covid-19 cluster involving three cases linked to a man who was “probably re-infected” in India.<\/p>\n
