A father who is a fitness fanatic has forced his daughter to sign a contract that made her promise she would never get fat gets jailed for 30 months, the father of three, Rachid Khadia, 56 years old ran a dictatorial ruling that has destroyed the lives of his children, Karim, Amira, and Hitcham where the siblings had come together to speak up about the abuse there have been facing in the hand of their father in Windsor, Berkshire.<\/p>\n

They were all forced to weekly weigh-ins and sign a document in 2012 which said “I will never get myself fat, I will do lots of exercises to make sure I will never get fat, even if I die”. Khadia would also control other aspects of his children’s lives including access to the internet, mobile phones, and house keys.<\/p>\n

Prosecutor Alex Krikler also told the court that Hadia threw a chair at Amira when she was just nine years old causing keloid on her ear which left her to need numerous operations and treatments and all three siblings regularly assault with a wooden spoon on their hands.<\/p>\n

Their father’s act comes to light in 2019 when his teenage son told the police about how his father had strangled him and punched him. Which the abuse started when he was five and left him with a long-term mental health issue.<\/p>\n
