With the emergence of\u00a0e-commerce website such as Taobao and Amazon are here in Singapore, the physical shop are getting harder to compete especially on their low prices.<\/p>\n
Fun fact is that this is the Home-Fix\u2019s 26th year Home-Fix has been established in Singapore but also the brand\u2019s last year in retail. They have started just 1 humble flagship outlet in 1993, to a massive 23-store local chain at its peak in 2014, Home-Fix established dominance over its competitors until financial woes set in.<\/p>\n
In case you didn’t know, back in March 2019, Home-Fix held its biggest warehouse sale at its headquarter in Taiseng.\u00a0Later in April, its Compass One outlet was re-entered and repossessed which sparked speculation. Guess it’s a sign that it can no longer tahan and yesterday it’s being reported that it’s officially closing down their final 2 stores in Tampines One & Tanglin Mall<\/p>\n
