In Poland, a man who is from the city of Piotrk\u00f3w Trybunalski has failed his driving theory test for the 192nd time which set the all-time new record in Poland for the highest number of failed test. He has been trying to take the test for 17 years and the most painful part is that he didn’t have the chance to drive a car yet he has already forked out around US$1,557 just to retake the test.<\/p>\n

Here is Poland, new drivers will usually required one to three attempt, however this man has somehow caused some amuse.
