Their <strong>Oyster Omelette (S$6\/S$8\/S$10\/S$12)\u00a0<\/strong>comes with chunks of omelette that are not so dripping with oil, with a side of omelette and the oysters are fresh, plump and juicy. And when asked the boss Ang Poh Huat, it has been the 3rd generation now which still use the same recipe, ingredients from grandfather time.
