Sugarbook has been famous for the past week after they released a statement of listed various sugar babies who were mostly from university students and soon after the website has been blocked due to the content violates the laws of the country, as the latest news, the Sugarbook founder, Darren Chan has been arrested yesterday on 17 February in a raid at the Icon Resident KL.<\/p>\n

Selangor Police CID Chief AAC Datuk Fadzil Ahmat said that the 34-year-old suspect is from Gelugor, Penang will be remanded today at the Shah Alam court. The suspect will be investigated under laws of the Penal Code related to soliciting for prostitution and for publishing a statement or rumor which can cause public fear or alarm. He is also being probed for the misuse of network facilities under Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act (CMA) 1998.<\/p>\n
