A Lazada<\/a> user in Singapore has found a 4K Xiaomi Mi TV for an attractive price of $261 where other listed product on the e-commerce platform list the item over $400. Upon the user received the parcel, instead of received the smart TV, instead the user received a printed message on a paper and mailed in a padded enveloped where the seller explained in the message that the goods were in transportation and asked the user to wait for another three days for the item to arrive.<\/p>\n

As the user try to report on the product where the Lazada<\/a> URL leads to a page saying that the product is no longer available and according to the Lazada<\/a> user, the process of requesting refund was fraught with difficult and submitting a refund requested will generate a case number and the user has submitted a refund request based on case number and later on the refund was denied due to the request were duplicates.<\/p>\n
