From the video, later on the owner of the car even mentioned back that he will report the guy to police and somehow a photo appear to show response from LTA to a complaint regarding the Mitsubishi Lancer owner.<\/p>\n<p>As in Singapore, vehicles&#8217; exhaust system can only be modified with LTA approval and Any person who is convicted of an illegal modification can be fined up to S$2,000 or jailed for up to three months, for the first offense. Repeat offenders can be fined up to S$5,000 or jailed up to six months.
