Singapore Airlines and SilkAir<\/p>\n

The latest news of SilkAir has ceased its operations and merged with Singapore Airlines where on 28 January, the regional airline announced that it will continue its journey as Singapore Airlines. The SilkAir\u2019s 9 Boeing 737-800 aircraft will get a glow-up with a freshly painted livery and newly upholstered seats.\u00a0The cabin crew will also be dressed in Singapore Airlines’ iconic sarong kebaya.<\/p>\n

Other than this, the menus will also be upgrade and meals will be created by Singapore Airlines’s team of chefs. While if you are travelling on Business class the meal includes fruits and cheese on flights<\/a> of more than 3.5 hour long and the iconic satay canap\u00e9 during lunch and dinner service will be served on flights<\/a> more than 5 hours long.<\/p>\n

Every passenger can also pair their meal with a glass of wine where Business Class passenger can choose from the finest red, white and champagne labels specially selected from Singapore Airline Award winning Cellar.<\/p>\n
