Puspa Dewi, the proud mother of two and grandmother of one, looks no older while she poses beside her 20 and 24-year-old sons. She’s also happily married to her 56-year-old husband for 26 years. She revealed her secret to her youthful beauty by maintaining a healthy lifestyle based on a balanced diet and lots of exercises and staying in a positive mindset. Where she is a veteran swimmer and amateur badminton player and she actively joining aerobics and Zumba class plus other sports such as running, basketball, and more.<\/p>\n
