A GrabRider spills food and soup of his customer onto the ground as the paper bag that contains the food was too flimsy, which the soup might have flowed out a bit and the bottom of the paper was wet during the trip of delivery by bicycle by the Grab Rider. Therefore, as he tries to take the bag out, the food just directly fell onto the ground.<\/p>\n

The rider, Ms. Se straight took a picture and sent it to the customer and apologize to her immediately, and asked if he can go back and offer to buy back a new set for her. However, not just the customer didn’t get angry, she even tipped him at the end of $5 and told him that it was an unexpected accident and she even says she understands that all food rider is tough in doing this job. Mr. Se felt so lucky to meet such a customer and it is always nice to be more compensative to others and be kind on understanding the whole situation before defaming others for their hard works.
