This was announced by the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mof.gov.sg\/Newsroom\/press-releases\/900-000-hdb-households-to-receive-gst-voucher-u-save-rebate-in-january-2019\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Ministry of Finance (MOF) announced<\/em><\/a> on Wednesday (Jan 2).<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re wondering what&#8217;s this U-Save. The U-Save rebate is one of three components under the permanent GST Voucher scheme. The U-Save rebate helps HDB households in one- and two-room HDB flats to offsetting part of their utilities bills, and therefore lower their overall household expenses. The rebate ranges from S$60 to S$100.
