A 23-year-old student in the United States has found a really creative way of making her own fashion line, Putri Samboda, who is currently studying in Washington DC has started upcycling old food packaging and instead of throwing them away she has crated some fashion piece using White Rabbit candy wrapper-lined heels, Samyang and Indomie Instant Noodle packaging and even Macdonalds.<\/p>\n

She was originated form Yogyakarta in Indonesia, Putri has begun her upcycling because she was feeling stressed out while staying alone in the US during quarantine and initially she came up with the idea after she has 20 pieces of Chicken McNuggets from Mcdonalds and upcycling her old Gucci flats shoes with McDonald’s iconic paper bags.<\/p>\n

She even mentioned that she doesn’t have any fashion background so she learned sewing, pattern making and rest from youtube tutorials and it will take her few days to complete a piece.<\/p>\n
