Singapore now has gradually eased into the new norm of wearing a face mask, safe distancing, and also meeting in a group of fewer people. However, on Tuesday (18 Aug) night, a Sengkang Kopitiam drew a huge crowd on appeared to be its opening day.<\/p>\n

In the video shared on Facebook, there seems to be a large crowd that can be seen at the Kopitiam on 455 Sengkang West Avenue. Patrons were seen flouting the Covid-19 Safety guidelines and the gathering are more than 5 people per group.<\/p>\n

Others brought up how this is sadly not an isolated incident, but instead, a common sight at kopitiams<\/em>. One netizen was frustrated at the situation as she had a similar experience at another\u00a0Kopitiam<\/em>. Despite lodging numerous reports, the situation had apparently not changed.<\/p>\n
