Man Arrested For Allegedly Masturbating In Front Of Hougang Flat<\/p>\n

A 57-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly masturbating at a lift lobby in front of a Housing Board (HDB) flat in Hougang. The police reported that they have received a report on July 5 where a man has performed an obscene act at the lift lobby of a block, the police officers from Ang Mo Kio Police division then manage to identify the man and arrested him on Thursday.<\/p>\n

According to the Facebook post by the resident, this is not the first time the man has performed such acts in front of her unit. The owner also mentioned that this man will ring their doorbell several times and past midnight and slip letters under their door and after she installed a $500 CCTV on her door front, she manages to catch the man doing lots of harassment act towards her house like urinating on her potted plants and going through their personal belongings.<\/p>\n
