Mango Cheesecake Recipe For You To Try At Home<\/p>\n

Since the Circuit Breaker earlier, everyone seems to more and more keen on making their own dessert or food at home. Well, why not for a homemade cheesecake which will be a great indulgence for most of you out there. With this creaminess on this melt-in your mouth slice of cheesecake which makes it irresistible.<\/p>\n

Here is the recipe on how to create this melting good taste cheesecake.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Ingredients:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

(A)\u2013Base:
\n<\/em><\/strong>70g melted butter
\n10-20 pcs of Marie Biscuits\/Digestive cookies (amount depends on the size of mould)<\/p>\n

(B)\u2013Mango Puree:
\n<\/em><\/strong>2 ripe mangoes
\n2 spoons of caster sugar
\n100-150ml water<\/p>\n

(C)\u2013Cheesecake
\n<\/em><\/strong>250g Philadelphia Cream Cheese
\n200ml Embargo Whipped Cream
\n80g Caster Sugar
\n1 tablespoon of agar powder
\n2 tablespoons of lemon juice
\n3-4 tablespoons of mango puree<\/p>\n

(D)\u2013Mango Jelly Topping
\n<\/em><\/strong>1\/2 tablespoon of agar powder
\n250g Mango Puree<\/p>\n

Steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Crush the biscuits and mix with melted butter<\/li>\n
  2. Once mixed well, pour the base into the tray and press it until it fits the entire tray<\/li>\n
  3. Blend ingredients (B) and add a little water if the mixture gets too thick. Sieve the mixture to get only\u00a0the finest texture.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Add in room temperature cream cheese into a bowl and flatten it with a rubber spatula.<\/li>\n
  5. Add in sugar to the cream cheese and mix well until sugar dissolves. Then, pour in lemon juice and mix well. Set aside.<\/li>\n
  6. In a separate bowl, beat the whipped cream and then chill it in the freezer for 10-15 minutes so it has a soft peak.<\/li>\n
  7. Then, combine the whipped cream with the cream cheese mixture and mix well. Pour in mango puree and mix them all well.\u00a0Tip: Set aside some portion of mango puree for topping.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n
  8. Dissolve the agar powder and continuously stir it so it doesn\u2019t clump together. Then, add the agar powder into the cheesecake mixture and continue mixing.<\/li>\n
  9. Pour the mixture into the mould and chill it for 1-2 hours or until it sets.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Mango Topping<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Dissolve some agar powder and then add in the remaining portion of mango puree and mix well.<\/li>\n
    2. Pour the mango topping on top of the chilled cheesecake<\/li>\n
    3. Refrigerate overnight.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
